For over twenty years, I have been on a journey. A journey that takes me deeper into myself and into the mysteries of my own life. This journey, which I now call the Camino de la Luz or the Way of Light, began when I felt that something was missing in my life.

Success brought me much joy and recognition, but deep inside I felt a longing for something that could not be fulfilled by external means. This longing, which I only later realised was a true yearning, led me on a path that brings me ever closer to my own truth and inner wisdom. Or as "Tata," my spiritual guide in Guatemala, expresses it: the path of light is like a film where only the journey is truly interesting. The end (death) is then actually no longer important. professional and career

On my journey, Maya philosophy became an integral part of my life and work. The Maya teach a spirituality that is deeply connected to the Earth, a wisdom that does not take us out of life, but rather leads us right into the midst of it..

They show me that it is possible to be grounded and spiritual at the same time – a person who stands with both feet on the ground while also feeling the light and the mysteries of life. The Maya culture, with its rich philosophy, art, and everyday wisdom, has become a source of inspiration for me, and I am committed to understanding and preserving it in its depth. This culture, which holds so many treasures, has not only become a part of my own path but also a significant focus of my work.

Here in Santa Maria de Cahabon, where I live and work with my partner, I have found my second home. Here, I am involved in social projects that directly benefit the indigenous communities. (At least, I hope so)

This work is about supporting the local people, providing them with opportunities to improve their quality of life, and realising joint projects that respect their culture and needs. This commitment has taught me what it means to take responsibility, not only for myself but for the community, nature, and the future. It is a fulfilling yet challenging task that continually inspires me and shows me how much we can achieve together. gemeinsame Projekte

Another focus of our work, which is particularly close to our hearts, is the creation of food forests and working with cocoa. These projects not only provide local people with food and a source of income, but also make a direct contribution to the protection and regeneration of nature. Working with the earth, establishing food forests, tending to and harvesting cocoa – all of this fills me with deep joy and gratitude. Here, I find a practical expression of my love for nature and life, and I see how these forests nourish not only the land but also the hearts of the people here.

In the future, we will offer courses to share everything we have learned and experienced ourselves with others and to accompany them on their journey. Kurse

Anyone who feels that there is more, who has a need for depth and connection, is warmly invited to walk this path of light with us.

It is clear to us that on this path we recognise that life itself is the greatest teacher and that at the depth of our being lies the source of wisdom and joy. A source that carries us through everything. The ancient wisdom of the Maya and the universal teachings of other traditions accompany us in finding the strength and light within us and deepening our connection to the world around us.
